Reservation / Cancellation / Modification Policy for Campers

Reservation (Deposit)

  • When making your reservation, 100% of the total amount for your stay will be required.

Cancellation

  • Until the day before the campground’s opening (June 2, 2024), we will refund 100% of your reservation amount, deducting a $15 administration fee (plus applicable taxes).
  • Starting from the campground’s opening date and up to 8 days before your stay’s start date, you will receive a 75% refund of your reservation amount.
  • Example: If your arrival is scheduled for June 11, please inform us before June 3.
  • Less than 7 days before the arrival date of your stay, a refund of 25% of the reservation amount will be granted.
  • Example: If your arrival is scheduled for June 11, please inform us before June 4.

Modification of Stay

  • You can add extra nights with no penalties.
  • In case of a reduction in the number of nights, the cancellation policy applies, excluding administration fees.

Reservation Relocation

You can relocate your reservation within the current season, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The requested availability must be confirmed by the campground. The campground is not responsible if availability cannot cover the entire duration of your initial stay.
  • If you shorten the duration of your initial stay, the modification policy applies.
  • Reservations cannot be transferred to other campers.

Rules

  • Check-in time: 1:00 PM
  • Maximum check-in time: 9:00 PM, otherwise access to the site will be denied.
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • A curfew is in effect from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Please observe silence during these hours.
  • Parents are responsible for their children's behavior. Your children's safety comes first. Continuous supervision is required.
  • Dogs must be leashed at all times, and excessive barking is not allowed. Please do not leave your dog alone at your campsite if you need to leave
  • Your musical preferences may not be the same as other campers'. Please ensure that the volume is adjusted so as not to disturb your neighbors.
  • Only one (1) vehicle is allowed per campsite. All other vehicles must be parked at the campground entrance.
  • Motorized vehicles are not allowed to circulate within the campground after curfew, except in cases of leaving the campground.
  • Campfires are allowed on the campground unless otherwise indicated. Please make sure to use designated areas for campfires and do so safely. The tenant will be held responsible for any damage to the site or to other tenants
  • Please ensure that the exterior lights of your equipment are turned off during the 10:30 PM curfew.
  • The use of generators is strictly prohibited.
  • Fireworks are not allowed.
  • Garbage and recycling must be deposited in designated areas (see campground map).
  • Any person who violates these regulations or engages in behavior deemed unacceptable will be expelled immediately, without refund or further notice.

Important information before you book

Here are a few points to consider before booking:

  • Camping groups are composed of 2 adults and 4 children (17 and under). A fee of $5 plus tax per day will apply for each additional adult.
  • For a group of 5 adults, 2 sites must be reserved.
  • If you are planning to add a 3rd tent, please contact us to check the capacity of your site. If feasible, a charge of $10 plus tax per day will apply, payable on arrival.
